What is TASTE Takeover?
TASTE Takeover is the only veteran-led, Latina, queer nonprofit in the DC area, as well as the tri-state region, dedicated to our mission. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to serving the public by creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ Latinx community in the DC Capital Region.
Through charitable and community-focused initiatives, TASTE Takeover strives to promote equality, increase access to essential resources, and foster a strong sense of belonging. By curating culturally rich experiences, advocacy efforts, and support programs, we work to uplift, empower, and amplify the voices of this underserved community, ensuring they have the tools, opportunities, and support needed to thrive both socially and economically.
